Central Intake Sites
The Central Intake Site serves as a first point of
contact for clients in need of treatment or recovery support services. Assessment, treatment matching, and
referral to a treatment provider is completed by a central intake assessor.
 One call connects the client to quick,
professional, county-wide treatment access
Comprehensive clinical assessment is
provided
Face-to-face interviews with clinical
staff trained in substance abuse and mental health
Face-to-face interviews with recovery
support services coordinators trained to identify barriers to recovery and familiar with community resources
Clients are appropriately matched to
clinical and recovery support services providers
